Service Desk Analyst
Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis for our prestigious client who have their head office in Manchester.
Location: Home Based with some travel
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Extensive Active Directory
- o365 experience
- Experience of working with remote monitoring tools
- Windows desktop support versions 8 and above
- Any experience of Windows Server is highly desirable
Start date is ASAP for the Service Desk Analyst
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely manner
- Being the first point of contact on the Service Desk.
- New Starters and Leavers administration from the technical perspective
- Working to and within already agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
- Providing Application Support when needed
- Providing high levels of 1st and 2nd line call fix where possible
- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktop and laptop numbers within the business
